Pups ‘n’ Ducks dog beds are currently available in three sizes:
S/M: 73x55x13cm (LxWxH)
L: 85x65x14 cm (LxWxH)
XL: 110x80x14 cm (LxWxH)

Yes, the cover is removable, it has a hidden zipper. The cover is also washable.

Yes, absolutely (this is why we say, it’s the only bed your dog needs) covers can be purchased individually. Covers are made for Pups’n’ducks beds.

Yes, both the cover and the inner insert are washable.

The cover and inner insert are machine washable at 30°C (Gentle program or hand wash). Wash the cover inside out so that the pattern is on the inside. We exclude drying in the dryer, dry the products on the stand, the products will be dry in a few hours.

Of course, like all consumers who shop online, you have the right to notify us within 14 days from the day you receive or pick up the product that you withdraw from the sales contract.

E-commerce questions

Payment is possible with cards (secure payments – Stripe) or PayPal.

Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for a new product or contact us at [email protected]

If you would like to exchange an item in your order for another item at the same price, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We usually process orders within 12-24 hours, and once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will no longer be able to make changes to your order.

If you’re still receiving an error message after checking your credit card, account, and shipping address information, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact customer support at [email protected].

If you are a consumer from an EU / EEA country, you have 14 days from the date you received the product to inform us of the cancellation of the order / withdrawal from the contract and we will refund the purchase price paid and the costs of normal delivery. You must return the items within 14 days of the date of the cancellation notice / the date of the withdrawal notice (they must be sent within these 14 days). We do not offer free returns for customers.

Please note that we cannot directly exchange goods, so if you decide you want a different product, you will need to return the items you ordered and place a new order.

Make sure you protect the package properly. Write down your name, address and order number.
